In the children’s lessons we cover the entire care taking of the horse. This means that the children also clean stables, scoop poop in the Paddock Paradise and brush the horses. Extensive attention is paid to getting to know and understand horses and their language. How do you get acquainted with a horse? How do you put on a halter? And how do you lead a horse? The children become familiar with the bodylanguage of the horse and how they can, through their own bodylanguage, communicate with the horse. Only when the children have a solid base in this, they will learn how to ride. In the lessons, respect for the horse and fun come first.
The children get lessons once a week from 16:00 to 18:00 hours. The lessons are given Monday to Friday. The maximum amount of children per group is 8. The minimal age for the lessons is 8. More information? Send an email to: depaardenmaat@hetnet.nl.
