“Look for the truth. But be careful with them who say they have it!”

co-operation

Good communication forms the basis for good co-operation.
While working with a horse and with each other you practice and experience several aspects which are necessary for good co-operation:
- Making and maintaining contact
- can you do this casually, hardly at all, forced, or do you overdo it?
- Taking the initiative
- Trusting someone else
- Changing your task or role
- Leading and being led
- Being clear in agreements

A horse immediately makes clear what happens when your attention is focused not on the present, but on the future. Or when you try to control the situation by any means, or pretend to be relaxed. During the exercises and feedback you will realise that this is all connected with the way you deal with each other in work situations and what effect this has on yourself and others.

This part results in a further awareness of the aspects of good co-operation and also provides a first step towards a substantially improved co-operation. Such a course cannot be taken all at once, but must be followed step by step.
