leading and being led

A horse clearly shows whether you are able to take the lead and how you do it. Does the horse want to be near you or does he keep his distance?
Does he respect your personal space?
Is he wary of your behaviour?
In this way you are confronted with your own style of leadership, as well as with the way you deal with or hide:
- Fear, insecurity, stress
- Being focused on a certain goal or achievement
- Unexpected situations and influences
- Reaction of the one who is being led
This part results in a better insight into your own leadership and how better to deal with it, to become a stronger and more caring leader. It also gives you a better insight into the way you prefer to be led.
